kinda funny video from Microsoft digital advertising solutions (huh?). Is that an oxymoron? Funny and Microsoft together? whatever. i think it would have been funnier if it was like, a whiny teenager telling their parents they don't even know who they are. maybe that will be the next one?
yeah, i agree: not funny haha but funny on the inside.
despite what ian and bob garfield seem to think, i dont see (or foresee) consumers yearning for a "dialogue" with corporate brands via advertising or technology. to me, advertising is, just what its always been: advertisements! maybe television commercial sales are down but how does that directly collerate to people wanting to interact with their ads instead (?). That just doesn't add up to me (unless I'm an interactive advertising ceo, then I'm all over it).
Ads are just a necessary evil i think people accept. whether you interact with them, listening to them, or standing at a urinal and cant help but look at them, they're just gonna be there
